Oxygen Plant Module Fabrication

Venshore Mechanical Ltd was contracted on a lump sum to complete the fabrication of piping racks and modules for Praxair Canada’s plant in Sault Ste Marie. The 3 million dollar contract was fast tracked to coincide with and expansion of the plant. VML fabricated a total of 20 modules ranging in size and complexity within the tight 4 month schedule. Our shop fabricated all the carbon and stainless steel to oxygen specs including testing and oxygen cleaning. The structural steel skids were fabricated painted and the piping was installed. Some skids required completing all electrical, instrumentation, painting, and insulation.

Fabrication for Praxair 900 TPD Plant Expansion

Venshore Mechanical Ltd was awarded the project to fabricate and install piping associated with the expansion of Praxair’s Sault Ste Marie Plant. The project consisted of carbon steel and stainless steel oxygen pipe fabrication. Using VML's oxygen approved welding processes all the piping was fabricated in our new facility which aided in our efficiency to complete the project in a tight time line.

Fuel Modules Fabrication

Venshore Mechanical Ltd was contracted on a Lump Sum basis to construct 2 fuel offloading modules for Federated Co-op Refinery. The project consisted of the fabrication of structural frame work and Fuel oil piping installed and completed pre-commissioned and tested in our shop. The two Modules over 16’ wide were transported to the Regina plant within the tight timeline and under budget.

K+S Potash Canada / Saskarc Industries
K+S Legacy Mine, Saskatchewan

COMPLETING TESTING AND TURN OVERCOMPLETED MODULE READY FOR SITE

Venshore Mechanical Ltd. was awarded a lump sum contract to supply, fabricate, paint, assemble and test piping assemblies for Saskarc Industries for four complete Well Pad Modules. Piping was fabricated in Venshore’s fabrication facility in Thunder Bay and Venshore completed the piping assembly in Saskatchewan at Saskarc’s yard.

PIPING SPOOLS IN PRODUCTIONASSEMBLY OF NEW OTSG BOILER

Venshore Mechanical Ltd. was awarded a lump sum contract for the supply, fabrication and painting of pipe spools for the K+S Legacy Mine Project for AMEC Canada. All piping was fabricated in our fabrication facility in Thunder Bay and shipped to site for site installation.
